1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the xk88 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). 3 Account Registration & Security

When opening an account with xk88, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access or password theft, you must notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• xk88 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected or KYC verification is incomplete.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

xk88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms. The general bonus rules are as follows:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

Additional Bonus Terms:

• One account is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If a bonus is misused or claimed from multiple accounts, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• xk88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Casino, Gaming & Sports Betting Rules

xk88 offers slots, live casino, card games, fishing games, and betting on cricket and various other sports. The following rules apply when using these services:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Once a betting decision has been made, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, xk88 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the bet amount.
• If a software error or technical issue in a game results in an abnormal win, that payment may be voided.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, though the specific rules of each market apply.
• Through the VIP programme, regular players can advance to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels and receive weekly cashback.

xk88 believes in fair play. If a member's betting behaviour appears unusual, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xk88 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing risk-free bets using bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Collusion or match fixing in any game.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or hardware.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Conducting any fraudulent activity with the intent to harm other members.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
